Sunlight Construction is committed to making the home building process as comfortable for our clients as possible. In our view, service doesn’t end when the construction does-it simply enters a new phase. We believe the period after construction is as important to our clients as construction itself, so we created “Customer Care”-our one-year warranty program.
New Home Orientation
When the home is finished and ready to occupy, we give the new homeowner a complete tour of the house. We explain its operating systems, what to expect in terms of “house settling,” and what the homeowner’s responsibilities are with regard to maintenance. We make homeowners comfortable with their new home, and prepare them to live in it.
List of Mechanical Contractors
We make sure our clients receive a comprehensive list of the contractors who worked on the house and are familiar with it because you never know when there might be an emergency of some kind.
Six-Week Review
We sit down with clients six weeks after move-in to determine whether your home is performing up to our standards. If any aspects of the home need attention, we take care of those things right away.
Eleven-Month Review
To ensure total satisfaction, we again meet with our clients 11 months after they move in to take any corrective action with the home, if it is needed.
A key aspect of our Customer Care Program is client education. One of the best things we can do is to inform our clients of how their home works, how it was assembled, and what they need to do to keep it in top-notch condition.
